Glossary -
'Hosomaki' - traditional japanese sushi rolls, with seaweed placed on the outside
'Uramaki' - inside out rolls, with rice on the outside
'Gunkanmaki' - battleship nigiri, commonly seen with ikura
'Futomaki' - thick rolls, made with a large sized sheet of seaweed
'Tamagoyaki' - Seasoned sweet omelette, a traditional ending to a japanese sushi meal
'Oshizushi' - pressed sushi
